The RD Retard Chamber is used with the Alarm Valve Trim when variable pressure is anticipated in the system. It is a holding tank to prevent the sounding of the sprinkler alarm during a water pressure surge but will permit the sounding of the alarm on a sustained flow. The retarding chamber is connected to the alarm port of the alarm valve through the restriction nozzle. The retarding chamber is part of UL Listed Alarm Valve Trim. The retarding chamber is made of stainless steel material

Fomtec AFFF 3% S is an aqueous film forming foam concentrate (AFFF) consisting of a blend of fluorocarbon-, hydrocarbon surfactants and various solvents and stabilizers. Only C6 Pure fluor surfactants are used in Fomtec AFFF-formulations. Fomtec AFFF 3% S utilizes the unique film forming effect to cut off oxygen supply to the fire and the oleophobic properties of the foam enables a stable foam blanket to suppress reignition of the fire.

Consists of: 1) Giacomini Model A124 Body with Back Outlet (6" Outlet x 3" x 3" x 3" x 3" inlets with clappers) 2) 4-Way Square Plate.
