SILT CURTAIN ECO BARRIER TYPE III ESC300 STANDARD

Exact silt curtain properties such as anchor system, ballast weight and depth depend on environmental conditions and engineering calculations. Ecocoast uses Marineforce - a proprietary software to calculate the environmental load placed on the barrier. 

Ballast weight min 3.1kg/m;- EPS floats (300mm) with 15-18kg/m3 density and compressive strength @10% of >90kPa;- Min. skirt strength of 150kN x 150kN;- PVC tensile (warp/weft) of 4,350N / 4,180N / 5cm;- PVC tear (warp/weft) of 530N / 560N / 5cm.
