Insulated Plenum Box

The above plenum box is called square type plenum box widely used in HVAC system supply ducts for uniform and proper control of air flow hence resulting in good balancing of all types of outlet air terminal devices such as grilles and diffusers. The complete plenum box is fabricated form high quality mill galvanized 24-gauge G.I. Steel and provided with 24 kg / mt3 density odorless, incombustible, vermin proof and moist proof inorganic fiber glass. A spinning damper in collar of plenum can be provided on request, which can be controlled through the face of the diffuser unit for any adjustment and balancing of airflow for good accuracy in both supply and return / exhaust ducts. Hook clamps can also be provided on request to hang the plenum in concrete floor with two sets of hook clamps on both sides of plenum. Choice of both insulated and un insulated plenum boxes are available. The insulation in plenum box also over comes in little absorption of any noise from the unit hence acting as both acoustic and thermal resistant barrier
