Disc Valves are pleasing air terminal devises combines good appearance and accurate control over exhaust air volumes. The disc valve assembly made up of high-quality black steel. The disc is fitted to a spindle by means of a rigid and stable counter nut, The valve is kept in a mounting ring by twisting in the ring. The valve is fitted with a foam rubber gasket to form an airtight seal with the mounting. This mounting ring is fitted in the opening of the valve by twisting the valve into the ring. The noise criteria of disc valves are less comparatively with other air terminal devices for the same location. The valve is manufactured from high quality sheet steel and is polyester powder coated with a white color finish. Widely used as exhaust inlets in washrooms and bathrooms or in any location to act for exhaust applications. In some cases, supply disc valves are used for ventilation or transfer of air and in some special cases also used as supply air disc valve in heat and ventilation air conditioning systems. Standard finish is white color. Other colors available on request. Painted under electrostatic polyester powder coated system. The polyester powders of highest quality are used to enhance the appearance of unit.
